Duration, Renewal , and Termination

Subscriptions are available for the term and period reflected on the Website.

The terms for EBT are:

• Users using the Web/Android have the option of auto-renewal If you’re selected, your subscription will automatically renew, but you can cancel anytime until renewal. You will be notified by email prior to renewal.

• For iOS users, the subscription takes effect immediately after the free trial period, if any, when payment is received. Your free trial will automatically turn into a paid subscription. A free trial will not convert automatically for Web/Android users; payment will be required after the trial.

Subscriptions begin as soon as payment is processed; subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active subscription period. You will be notified 15 days ahead of auto-renewal if you have selected an annual subscription. You will be charged again at the end of your subscription until you cancel.

You’ll be able to cancel your subscription with 5 business days’ notice by emailing us at grievance.ebt@entrepreneurEBT.com. Cancellation will not be effective until the end of the current period, and refunds will not be offered except in specific cases.

The Company can suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for breach of these Terms or due to circumstances outside of our control. In the case where services or juvholio.com are terminated, we will write you at least 15 days in advance and refund the proportion of not used in your subscription.

Users should periodically visit the pricing page to check for any changes. EBT subscriptions could also be packaged in conjunction with other products or services, in which case, payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Acceptance of these updated terms (as applicable). EBT is not responsible for third-party platforms and their products and services.

Force Majeure

EBT shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, or governmental action.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services for illegal purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair EBT’s servers or networks. Getting unauthorized access to accounts or systems is prohibited, as well as attempts to obtain materials by unauthorized means.
